We understand that sometimes plans can change, so if you need to cancel or change your appointment, we ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice so that we can refill the appointment. If this is not possible, our cancellation fees work on a sliding scale as follows:

 Between 24 and 48 Hours - 50% of the booked appointment

 24 hours - 100% of the booked appointment

 Failure to attend your appointment with no contact (No Show) - 100% of the booked appointment
